Post evening meal - students gathered around the dinner table to discuss the day and elect the “leaders of tomorrow”. Each leadership group finds themselves with no easy task, asking themselves the question of “how we are going to prepare our companions for the harsh winter weather?”; “what can we do that will motive the team and improve it?”; “who will facilitate the reflection and bring the group together with werewolf games at the end of a hard day on the mountain?”.

These meetings were made all the more memorable due to our location – on Tuesday night for example, the team were high up in the Aiguas Tortas national park, tucked inside the remote Amitges mountain shelter.
