In Years 3-6, we offer the opportunity to enjoy an annual residential trip outside of Yangon. In Year 2, the children will take part in a sleepover at school. These opportunities are of great benefit in supporting independence, leadership and teamwork, maturity and self-esteem. For many pupils, they are the highlight of the year.
In the Secondary school, we offer the opportunity for our students to enjoy residential trips with a curriculum focus. Heads of Departments will provide a residential calendar in September 2018 with the scheduled trips for the academic year 2018/2019.
For those students in Year 10 that enjoy a real challenge, we are planning to launch the International Duke of Edinburgh Award in the academic year 2018/2019. This award is designed to enhance the life experience of students through personal challenge and work in the community. For more information please visit - www.intaward.org
