Mr. Paul Keach

BA (Honours) Degree in French and English (University of Liverpool); Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Birmingham City University), MBA (Bournemouth University) Masters Degree in Education Management (Open University), National Professional Qualification for Headteachers (National College of Teaching and Leadership). ISI Inspector.

Having lived in multi-cultural environments all my life, I believe that we can learn a tremendous amount through learning and understanding about different world cultures.

Through discussion and debate, teachers should cultivate young adults with a social conscience and global awareness who can adapt and develop their own ideas and philosophies, act independently on them and be a positive influence on the world.

My two favourite times at ISM are our assemblies and lunch times. I am very fortunate to be able to attend assemblies across all of our school's four campuses. At lunchtimes, I can sit down with our students to eat and enjoy lively debate about the key issues of the day.

My greatest passions are being with my daughter Lily, football, Everton Football Club and music.
