Dear DCIS Parents and Guardians,
As we continue with Term 3 and our 45 year celebrations, we are seeing all our students diligently at work and this term's ECAs in full swing. This week includes a continuation of our 45 Year Celebrations and sees our students from Year 10 and 11 preparing for their upcoming iGCSE exams starting on 15th May. Along with the festivities this week, we also welcome back our Juilliard Curriculum Specialist, Kathryn Andersen.
We also remind all families that there will be no school on Wednesday 10th May as it is Vesak Day, a public holiday. School will resume normally on Thursday 11th May.
Our May newsletter is now online, so for those wanting to view the entire publication, please click here to view the PDF.
The video for the Global Campus Virtual Choir is in final production mode and will be available for viewing in the very near future.
We also invite parents to take a look at the wonderful trip to MIT taken by four DCIS students just last week. There were over 100 NAE students who gathered in Boston for this one week educational trip where they have attended a variety of workshops covering subjects ranging from robotics to rocket science, from virtual reality to product engineering.
