Juilliard School to Develop Innovative Arts Curriculum for Dover Court International School

Dear Parents,

We are delighted to announce some ground-breaking news for Dover Court International School.

Yesterday, Nord Anglia Education set up a collaboration with The Juilliard School, the world-renowned performing arts conservatory based in New York, and Dover Court has been selected to be one of the leading schools in this exciting venture. 

From September 2015, students of every age will benefit from a unique performing arts curriculum jointly developed by Nord Anglia Education and Juilliard. This collaboration will drive forward the existing performing arts programmes and will support initiatives such as the Global Orchestra announced earlier this week.

This wonderful opportunity for our students is the latest development for Dover Court International School in offering a unique learning experience through an environment focused on personalised provision, within the global network of Nord Anglia Education’s family of schools. The transformative power of a world class, bespoke performing arts curriculum, with teaching supported by Juilliard professional development and an extra-curricular programme led by Juilliard trained artists will help all of our students to develop crucial life skills for the future. We are delighted to be able to offer this unprecedented opportunity to students at our school and look forward to savouring its fruits in the years to come.

To launch this exciting innovation we will be inviting you to an introductory event, at the school. This will include an explanation of the programme and a short performance from a Juilliard alum. We will send you a formal invitation as soon as we have finalised the dates.
