Our DCIS staff participated in their first session of the AMBITIOUS coaching model devised by Nord Anglia Education

Ian Rinaldi, Deputy Head of Primary School, led the first coaching session for staff at DCIS. It was centred around the AMBITIOUS coaching model devised by Nord Anglia Education and the staff participated brilliantly in the first session. Over 50 staff volunteered to take part in this session and it was a great start to the programme.
