UN Day 2018 Waka Waka Dance with 1AH

To celebrate our class country South Africa,  students in 1AH have been extremely busy showing off their amazing creative skills in both Art and Dance. They thoroughly enjoyed having a boogie to ‘Waka Waka’ by Shakira and were absolute super stars when practising and being filmed! The children have also experimented using different types of media (tissue paper, oil pastels, paint, finger paint, glitter and collaged card) to create their South African flags. They have made safari silhouette pictures using paint for the sunset, cut out animals and black pens to draw their trees. Well done to 1AH for working extremely hard this week and I hope you managed to see their wonderful creations in the tent at UN day!
