The children have all been making new friends in their new classes over the last few weeks and wanted to share what they learned with everyone. In class, they wrote friendship poems about their new friend and shared these in assembly. These were acrostic poems and contained descriptive adjectives. When you walk by our classrooms, see if you can spot our friendship poems.
During the assembly, the children recited their lines with confidence. They showed off their fantastic dance moves, sang songs and even cooked up a recipe to make a good friend.
