Year 5 took part in an exciting orienteering entry point around our campus as they discovered their new IPC topic: The Holiday Show.
This IPC (International Primary Curriculum) topic looks at the effects of tourism, as well as lessons involving reading and making maps. The students had to find ten symbols and mark down the co-ordinates where they found each one. The Year 5 students showed cooperation, communication and resilience in their quest to find them all. A great start to our new project!
