Simon Mann has 16 years of leadership experience with a track record of transforming schools, ensuring inclusive education and supporting sustainable change. His focus has always been to enhance learning in the broadest sense of the word and enabling schools and students to flourish.
From Hong Kong through to the FOBISIA (The Federation of British International Schools in Asia) school of Garden International School (KL) to the British School Manila, Simon has had the privilege of working in the environment of British international schools where he has committed his time to building strong communities with students at their heart.
During this period Simon has led CIS (Council of International Schools) and WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) accreditation teams, Chaired FOBISIA and has worked hard to build connection within international school communities. In August 2019 Simon left the British School Manila and has spent the past 12 months working with schools, school leaders and boards on school improvement, leadership development and training, and following his passion of developing well-being in schools.
Simon is delighted to be part of the Dover Court team as interim principal.
