Since qualifying, Natalie has taught in an 'outstanding' London school where she was heavily involved in planning transition from Reception to Year 1 to ensure a strong transition programme was in place for children leaving EYFS.
Natalie has enjoyed leading choirs, performing at The Rose Theatre, London and school fairs, as well as raising money for charity through singing to local residents. She has also assisted with sporting activities for Key Stage 1 and 2, including leading the Year 2 gymnastics team and helping with borough sports training. She is passionate about teaching in a very creative and musical way as she believes children respond well to learning through song and play.
Natalie believes strongly that learning a language from a young age is very important and she has previously enjoyed teaching French to her students. She is now looking forward to trying to learn some Mandarin!
Natalie loves to sing and dance and has a real passion for drama. In her spare time she enjoys performing onstage with local theatre companies and going to the theatre as an audience member too. Previously, Natalie has helped to teach children ballet, tap, modern and jazz dance, and to keep up her keen interest in dance she now takes part in adult ballet classes.
Natalie's enjoys spending time with friends and family, socialising and sampling different foods. She has always wanted to travel and enjoys exploring Singapore and its neighbouring countries.
