Wen Jing has taught Mandarin and has set up and coordinated several Mandarin departments throughout her teaching career. Prior to working at Dover Court International School, she taught at United World College as a Mandarin teacher and before that at Caulfield Grammar School in Australia where she set up and coordinated the Mandarin programme for the early years and primary school. She was also pioneer Mandarin teacher at Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar where she was responsible for setting up the Mandarin programme in both the Junior and Secondary. At Melbourne Grammar School, she was appointed as the Acting Head of Mandarin where she coordinated the Mandarin programme in the Junior school.
Wen Jing brings to us extensive experience in teaching Mandarin as a Foreign Language in both primary and secondary schools. She is passionate about teaching and learning with internationally minded young people. She has travelled and worked across Australia, England and Singapore, and has had the opportunity to learn about different cultures, as well exploring a range of teaching and learning methodologies.
During her free time, Wen Jing enjoys spending time exploring various countries around the region with her two young children and husband.
