One was performed in the morning for EYFS and MP1 and another in the afternoon for MP2 and MP3 children. The assemblies introduced the twelve zodiac animals which represent each Lunar Year. People believe that each animal, ruling one’s birth year, has a profound influence on personality and destiny. This year, the ‘Year of the Rooster’ represents honesty, intelligence and confidence.
On Tuesday morning, all children and teachers visited Tet fair stalls with different traditional activities. The children experienced the true spirit of Tet by engaging in various activities such as face painting, lucky hoop, can blaster, wheel of fortune, flower arranging, etc. They also tasted spring rolls, fish balls, sugar- coated fruits, kumquat juice and coconut juice.
Thank you to all the children and teaching assistant teams who have been working really hard in recent weeks to create such a wonderful Tet performance!
Thank you to all parents for coming along and celebrating with our children.
We wish you happiness and prosperity in 2017.
Chúc Mừng Năm Mới!
