Year 4 Learn About Endangered Species in Vietnam

Two weeks ago, Marina from EAST (Endangered Animal Species Trust) came and told us how her charity helped these animals. She inspired us and now we are trying to spread out the facts.

In Year 4, we have been learning about endangered species in Vietnam. Two weeks ago, Marina from EAST (Endangered Animal Species Trust) came and told us how her charity helped these animals. She inspired us and now we are trying to spread out the facts. We have found out information about the animals, and why they are endangered.

Bon and Gia Hung enjoyed learning about the Pygmy Loris. It is an endangered primate with a poisonous bite! Also, Dong Hee and Terra spent a lot of time working on their amazing information texts about the Pygmy Loris.

Sunny chose to research about the extinct Vietnamese Tiger with Alex and Xuka. Also:

Everyone is preparing for a wonderful exhibition. We’re making posters, models, paintings, poems, masks, a board game and information texts. Next Friday (3rd March), we will be sharing the exhibition with our parents.

It is great to see everyone working hard in 4V and we hope that we will raise awareness about the illegal wildlife trade.
