Respect – How can we show it in school?

24 March 2017

Our BIS Aide Memoire is integral to everything we do.  The words around the school logo remind us of the characteristics that we must strive to continually show and improve upon.  Through assemblies, class time and regular discussions about these characteristics, the children’s understanding naturally develops and as a result, their application of these does, too.

Over the past two weeks we have been running a respect competition. The children were set the challenge of making a poster to tell their friends;

  • Why respect is important,
  • How to show respect at school.

Congratulations to Kang Heum 1x, Kang Min 4x and Kathy 4x for their super entries! They were chosen for their beautiful design and clear message. Their work will be sent to the graphics department to be turned into professional posters, which will be seen around school throughout Term 3.
