Primary PTG Newsletter - 28.08.20

 The Primary Parent Teacher Group (PTG) are in need of volunteers! Read below to find out how you can get involved.

Class Parent Representative

These volunteers help the PTG create a wider communication network and support system amongst parents in the school.  We aim for each class to have an assigned Class Parent Rep who will help recruit volunteers, promote events, arrange class playdates, welcome new families and organise class gifts etc.   The focus in this role is on communication - helping the PTG to connect with more parents, directly.

To volunteer as a Class Parent please sign up via this link:

Or email  for more information.

Country Representative

Parents who volunteer as Country Rep have 2 main responsibilities;

  • to welcome and support new families also associated with your country, and introduce them to others within your community.
  • to coordinate representing your country in the incredible International Week & Global Cafe event that takes place in Term 2.

To volunteer as a Country Rep please sign up via this link:

Or email  for more information.

There will be a coffee morning at 8.30am on Tuesday 8th Sept at EYIC to share more detailed information about these roles.   Attendance will be by registration only.

For more information about the PTG, to connect with us personally, or if you would like to support as a volunteer, please email us directly on
