F3 Community Service

Considering similarities and differences between themselves and others, and among families and communities, is an important part of the curriculum in F3.

Ky Quang Pagoda II provides a school for over 100 underprivileged children in the Go Vap area and it has an orphanage for both disabled and able-bodied children and young adults.

During the academic year, F3 welcome children from Ky Quang Pagoda to experience a range of engaging activities such as playing in the ELC learning space, classrooms and splash pool. Not only do these visits help build links between BIS and the wider school community; they also give our children in F3 an opportunity to make new friends, build confidence and overcome language, social and cultural differences through play.
