Staff Profile: Greg Wilde

Year 5 Teacher / Year 5 Leader

Teaching for over 10 years in the UK, I felt that my career needed a change in direction. Ho Chi Minh and BIS was that change I needed and it has proven to be all I had hoped for and more.

PGCE (Secondary) – University of Southampton

BSc (Hons) Marine Biology (Hons) – University of Plymouth

Greg joined BIS in August 2015. After completing his marine biology degree, he did some travelling and returned to the UK to start teacher training in 2002. He was born on the Isle of Wight (UK) where he also spent his childhood. He returned to the island to start his teaching career and has over 10 years of experience in primary education.

His interests include food, tennis and athletics. Greg is planning to do some travelling around Asia whilst based in HCMC.
