Fruit Salad, Yummy Yummy!

The T-Rex class has been learning about healthy eating, focusing on fruits and vegetables.

Image-56

We were feeling a bit hungry so the children started preparing to make a fruit salad. The children wrote shopping lists, creating their own fruit bowls. The children began preparing the fruit salad by naming the fruits on their shopping lists and discussing where they were grown. Then, they washed the fruit. Next, they prepared the fruit by peeling and cutting. The children then placed the fruit altogether to make their fruit salad. Finally, they ate it! What a delicious, healthy treat!
