BSc (Hons) Human Geography (Reading University); PGCE Primary (Oxford Brookes University); MA Early Childhood Studies (Oxford Brookes University).
How long have you been at TBS?
This is my first academic year here.
What do you enjoy most about teaching at our school?
Our pupils, they are keen to learn and have such positive attitudes.
What are you most looking forward to in the 2019/2020 academic year?
I am looking forward to lots of things this year. We have got some new outdoor resources and I am looking forward to seeing how the children use them and explore. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the children and teaching across the school. I am also looking forward to seeing how the children develop and progress throughout the year.
Whose your favourite historian/scientist/literary figure and why?
Over the summer I enjoyed reading books written by Anna Ephgrave and Greg Bottrill, both of whom write about the importance of play and the importance of following the children’s interest and how skilled teachers can take the learning to the children.
What is your favourite thing about living in Warsaw, Poland?
The parks and play areas.
What do you miss most from home?
Kellogg’s cereal and family.
