Miss. Larissa Mastrantone

Deputy Head

Deputy Head of Primary

I graduated in Nottingham, UK, in 2004 with a degree in Psychology and Educational Development then studied a further year to gain my Post Graduate Certificate in Education.

Following this, my professional career began working in schools in England for 4 years then moving to schools in Mexico and Portugal. In 2014, I began teaching at the British College of Brazil, when the Chacara Flora Campus was just 1 year old.
The British College of Brazil is a true international school and working with children and families from more than 35 nationalities is a privilege. I thoroughly enjoy being part of BCB’s community and it is a pleasure to work alongside such dedicated professionals. It has been wonderful to see the school grow and flourish each year and I feel very excited about the school’s bright future.
My role of Deputy Head of Primary enables me to work with all teaching staff and children in the Primary School ensuring that, as an academic staff, we ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are in place and that our students are receiving a world-class education.
Outside of school, my passion is horse-riding. I enjoy riding regularly each week and participating in monthly jumping competitions. I love living in Brazil and am happy to say it has become my second home.
