Regents fielded a strong squad at the first Bangkok Schools Golf Association tournament of the year on 27 September. With a score of 77, 12-year old Momoka claimed the U13 title to add to her increasingly impressive junior career. There were also very encouraging performances from the other members of the school squad, Sea (9) JJ (10) and Son (12).

Hosted at Thailand's Riverdale Country Club, the tournament included several of the major international schools from across Bangkok. Next up is a tournament at Green Valley on 11 October.

Director of Sports at Regents, Roslyn McConnell, is encouraged by the growing strength-in-depth of the golf squad at Regents. “ Mamoka’s victory was the highlight of the latest tournament, but with Sea, JJ and Son – and  Estelle and Anais higher up the school – all training hard I wouldn’t like to predict who will end the season as our ‘golfer of the year’. Well done to all the students who are participating in the Regents Golf Squad.”
