On Friday 18th and Saturday 19th November, 7 students from BCB participated in an International Schools Choir Festival at Graded International School. These students had been rehearsing for 2 months prior to this, learning the difficult songs and harmonies. There were 5 choral groups (& schools) taking part, meaning that there were over 100 performers forming the International Schools Choir. 3 of the songs were in English, one was in Latin and one was in Portuguese. Even though the students found it hard to learn the materials they persevered and all their hard work paid off. In total the choir gave 4 performances. 3 for students at Graded School and 1 for parents and members of the public. Everybody who took part had a fantastic time and cant wait for the event next year when we hope we can take even more voices from BCB to contribute to the festival choir.
