Dear Parents,
What an amazing turnout we had this week of parents and students joining us for our Year 9 (IGCSE Options) and Year 11 (IBDP Options) options evenings preparing for next year. Also, to those of you who joined us for our Key Stage 2 Reading Drop In. We hope you find it useful. Thank you so much for your ongoing support as we partner together to support your children.
We are very excited as we ready ourselves for tomorrow’s International Festival and 10th Anniversary Celebration. We have a huge number of students performing on stage, fun activities to be enjoyed, food and refreshments to taste, information to share, and new people to meet. We look forward to welcoming you all and your wider family members to BIS for this big school community celebration.
In addition, next week will be our International Week. Do join us first thing on Monday morning for our whole school flag parade. Thanks to all parents and family members who will be helping out through the week with activities and our food court. It looks set to be a great celebration of our unity and diversity here at BIS Hanoi.

We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
Thank you to all families who joined us to be entertained with our Secondary theatre production of A Little Shop of Horrors this week.
From Sunday onwards, we have had our CIS/WASC visiting team here at school. This has been a great opportunity to share all the wonderful things that we are providing for our students across all sections and to gain further insight and ideas to help us improve even further.
