Weekly update from Head of Primary

Dear Parents,

Year 5 set off on their holidays again this week on Thursday morning as they travelled the world around the school. It was a colourful and exciting way to kick off their new topic, ‘The Holiday Show’. Our teachers are always creating ways to engage students, hook them into learning, and build curiosity about the world. It was wonderful to see the children asking questions and discussing what else they wanted to learn about through this topic.

Year 5 Entry Point | BIS Hanoi

On Thursday afternoon, it was wonderful to see the Y13 students engaging and playing with the Year 1 and F3 students and saying goodbye before they embarked on a parade throughout the whole school. Primary students and staff lined the corridors to wave flags and clap as the wonderful Year 13 students took a well-deserved lap of honour. From all of us in the Primary school, we wish you the very best of luck with your exams, and for the future, you will be missed!

Year 13 Procession | BIS Hanoi

It was brilliant to see our CCA program begin for Block 3; the range of activities and opportunities for our students has grown again. Watching students make new connections with others while learning new skills continues to fill us with joy every day.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
