Principal's Weekly Update (2 June 2023) | British International School Hanoi - Principal Weekly Update
At BIS Hanoi we want you to experience excellence and this year we have had many reasons to celebrate our students accomplishments.

Dear Parents,

What a fantastic end of year performance last Wednesday! I am sure you will agree with me our performing arts staff and students outdid themselves. It reminds me of how lucky I am to work in a school with a well-developed curriculum and size which allows our students to develop their passions and grow in confidence beyond the academics.

Because one thing is clear, at BIS Hanoi we want you to experience excellence and this year we have had many reasons to celebrate our students accomplishments, like our recent wins at the Nord Anglia Young Musician of the Year competitions where several of our students won prizes in categories such as classical ensemble, pop vocal, guitar, and flute.

For those parents with students in Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and12, I encourage you to sign up for the tutor connect sessions taking place this coming week and find out more about your children and how to best support them for the next academic year.

Ms. Carroll as well as Mr. Newman will be hosting our last
Principal's Coffee morning on Tuesday at 8:45 amThis is yet another chance for you to connect with our school leadership, for us to share our plans and for you to provide us feedback, face to face. And you could, at the same time check our Key Stage 3 Art Exhibition which will be on display in our school halls.

With hardly three weeks to the end of this academic year: we are in full swing!

Have a great weekend,

Richard Vaughan

Principal
