Year 8 Hungarian students went to a Hungarian trip to Gödöllői Királyi Kastély. We learned that Sisi and her family came to this castle in their free time to relax and hunt during fall, winter, and spring. We learned about the architecture and design of the castle. Which was very interesting. Once we got to our tour guide, we began to tour the castle of Sisi and the tour began to talk about the different rooms and what they were. It was very interesting to learn about the living conditions of the royal family. It was interesting because the castle had 136 rooms, and each member of the family had 5 rooms. We got to learn about a chandelier which was 500 kilos and some facts about Sisi and that they showered twice a year. We all had the chance to pick some cards of the people who lived/worked in the castle. We found out a lot about life in the castle.

This spring break proved to be both busy and rewarding for British International School Budapest students, Laura Ivanka and Lizanna Ivanka, who achieved remarkable results at two major RoboCup Junior competitions.
On Wednesday, the Junior Changemakers held their much-anticipated Secondhand Clothes Sale—and what a brilliant afternoon it was! The event drew a wonderful crowd, and nearly 150 items of clothing found new homes.
