Our Student Councils and committees give their friends a voice and improve how we function as a community. Our child-led Primary Council, for example, has set up a litter action team and raises awareness of important issues, including anti-bullying.
Our Social Impact Student Union is a force for good, too, taking action to make BISB more socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable. And through our mentor programme, older students become role models for their peers, teaching our younger children how to read and providing a friendly face for those who need someone to talk to.
Your child will act on international issues – including climate change and the UN Rights of the Child – through our exclusive collaboration with UNICEF. They’ll join forces with students from across Nord Anglia at the High Level Political Forum in New York, where they’ll contribute to workshops and seminars, and speak up on the issues that matter – influencing leaders and making the world a better place.
And through our co-curricular activities – which include Model United Nations and our senior changemakers club (which drives environmental change) – our students work together to find solutions to pressing global challenges.
