Lee was born in Manchester, England and studied English Literature at the University of Leeds, graduating in 2007. Upon graduating, he worked as a copywriter before transitioning into education in 2011.
He began his teaching career in London, where he worked as a Subject Specialist in English Literature, before moving into a leadership position within the English Department. Since joining BVIS in 2022, Lee has been fiercely committed to ensuring that all students achieve the best possible outcomes, and to promoting empathy, compassion and respect.
Lee is an avid reader and a published writer. He enjoys running, music, dining out and exploring new places.
