Rebecca has always had a love for teaching within the Early Years, having specialised in this age range for the past 17 years. Before moving to Vietnam, she spent 13 years teaching F3/reception-aged children in the UK, working in Nottingham and Bristol. In 2019, she moved to Vietnam and is now in her sixth year at BVIS, serving as the Senior Phase Leader and EYFS Music teacher. She has the pleasure of leading the Early Years Team and helping settle the youngest learners into BVIS.
She is passionate about Early Years Education, creating enabling environments where children can be curious problem solvers and apply their ideas and knowledge through first-hand experiences. Music is close to her heart, and she enjoys sharing this passion with the EYFS children during music sessions.
She loves exploring new places, trying new foods, and is keen to see as much of Southeast Asia as possible.
