Middle School engineers continue to submit their Rube Goldberg machines!

Science
Two weeks ago, 7th grade scientists completed a report of the MIT Abstract “Building a Better World with Biology” featuring Dr. Ritu Raman.
Next week, Wednesday, October 7th at 7am local time, MIT will be hosting another Abstract via Zoom titled “Inventing and Robotics” with Dr. You Wu. CDS students and teachers can watch live and ask questions by registering through their Global Campus accounts.
Math
In CC2 E and F we had a blast practicing out Order of Operations while competing in a Kahoot quiz! Mathematicians had to rely on their knowledge of how to actually apply PEMDAS and exponents accurately. Some also got creative with their Kahoot nicknames.
Our competitive sports spirit cannot be defeated!
