This academic year, the STEAM challenge will take our students on the ride of their lives.
Over the coming 9 months, our students from primary and secondary will work on the following topics:
Across all languages and with a multidisciplinary approach, students from grades 6 to 12 will consider the role that cells play in the human body and produce a simulation of the divisions and growth of cells into complex structures.
They will study the images returning to Earth of the James Webb telescope and reflect on the conditions required for life in outer space.
They will also investigate the neuroscience of the brain and how it controls our emotions, our physiological and intellectual aspects that make each of us unique!
Subjects such as Biology, Maths, Computer Science, Languages, Geography Drama, Art and Music will play a key role to complete the challenges.

It’s also the focus of Dare All Trades Day, or JOM (Journée Oser tous les Métiers).
The Winter Ball is an eagerly awaited annual tradition here at Champittet, but this year brought a twist: the school’s first ever Masquerade Ball. With the theme “Black and Gold, don’t forget your mask!”, this year’s winter dance was organised by 14th-grade IB students, and the event was open to students in grades 9 and 10.
Who says summer is far away? Registration is now open for the Champittet Leadership Camp!
