Caution smoothes out the emotions. Excessive optimism, on the other hand, can become toxic. In Champittet, we prefer to be realistic and turned to action.

In the avalanche of bad news that we are fed by the media, which are only a reflection of our paranoid tendency to evaluate risks, it is possible to read promising news, resulting from scientific research.
