Meet our new chef, Jean-Clément Linder

With the start of the school year, we are pleased to welcome among our new staff members our new chef Jean-Clément Linder, in charge of the school food outlets. An important role in the wellbeing of our students.
Born in Strasbourg, France, Jean-Clément gained his experience in the kitchens of prestigious hotels. His passion for gastronomy has taken him to many different places around the world.
His career in brief:
- Dalloyau catering, where he created delicacies for the Paris Motor Show and the wedding of Tony Parker and Eva Longoria.
- Chef in Sydney, Australia, an unforgettable culinary and cultural adventure.
- Involved in the kitchen for the Girondins de Bordeaux soccer club.
- Chef des Banquets at the prestigious Lausanne Palace for two years, making his mark on the world of haute gastronomy.
"For Champittet, I plan to bring an innovative approach to food. My aim is to transform our canteen into a real school restaurant, offering students a special moment at every meal. My ambition for the future focuses on a more responsible gastronomy, centered on local and fresh products."
