6TH and 2RB enjoyed collaborating together to take on the Global Campus STEAM Challenge – Hack the Tube.

Inspired by MIT students who are asked to attempt this prior to their first year of study, the children worked together to pool their creative ideas and reinvent a standard cardboard tube. They used a range of electrical components, including buzzers and fans, and different craft materials. Mr. Baines and Mr. Handley were impressed by the caring nature displayed by our Year 6 students and the excellent team working skills which were displayed.
