Nicole has been working as a speech language pathologist (SLP) for 13 years in both private practice and school environments. She has also worked as a learning support teacher for five years in the school environment.
Before moving to Geneva, Switzerland in 2009, Nicole worked as an SLP for six years in the second largest school district in California, San Diego Unified School District in San Diego, CA. In that time, she gained a lot of experience managing large caseloads, working with bilingual children from various backgrounds and providing ongoing training to school staff and parents on language development, identification of red flags, differentiation in classroom and strategies to support language development in class or at home.
She is currently specialized in early intervention, receptive/expressive language disorders, social language disorders, phonological and articulation disorders and apraxia. She is Hanen and LiPS certified. Nicole has also received extensive training for dyslexia and dyscalculia.
Nicole enjoys running, hiking, skiing, traveling and spending time with her husband and twins.
