Qualifications: BA (Hons) Journalism and Media Production, PGCE Primary.

I originally graduated from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Journalism and Media Production, however I discovered that I had a love for teaching. I attended Manchester Metropolitan University and obtained a PGCE in Primary.

I spent my first four years teaching at a primary school in the suburbs of Bury, in a small Village called Ramsbottom. I taught across Early Years and Key Stage One, whilst also being the Science Co-Ordinator and involved in Assessment for Learning at the school. After this, I moved to a larger school in the city of Salford and spent two years there before moving back to Bury for a further two years. During my time teaching in England, I learnt an incredible amount about teaching and learning within the National Curriculum, assessment, behaviour management and being involved in the wider community around the school.

I was born in Manchester in the north of England and because of this I have a love of football. I am a Manchester United season ticket holder and before moving to Brazil would attend games regularly. I am also a trained dancer and dance teacher in tap, ballet, jazz, modern, stage and acrobat.
