About
Prior to living in the Czech Republic, she taught Theatre, Film and French Language at Windermere Preparatory School in Florida (NAE) for seven years, Ms Kennaugh was the Fine Arts Department chair and taught theatre and drama for 10 years at the American International School, Escuela Campo Alegre in Caracas, Venezuela where she also ran her own community theatre company, Caracas Amateur Theatre. She began teaching Performing Arts at the International School of Geneva, La Chataigneraie but has also worked professionally in Germany, France, Venezuela and in the US as a director and actor.
With more than 25 years as an educator and theatre director, Ms Kennaugh is thrilled to return to Asia, where she lived and studied in Senior School, graduating from the Singapore American School. She is excited to continue teaching KS3, the Juilliard curriculum, IGCSE and A-Level drama, exploring new possibilities with expression and communication using both distance and face to face learning. She has three children, a daughter who graduated from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and is pursuing a career in film and television, another daughter who is studying Acting at Mountview School for the Arts in London and a son who completing school in the US.
