Dear Parents,

Many BVIS parents came to the Phonics Coffee Mornings last month. Due to their popularity and the feedback we received, this week we will be holding the Language Support Coffee Morning about “Vocabulary – how do we teach it and how can you help at home?”. This Coffee Morning will cover the following content:

·      The importance of vocabulary

·      How we learn vocabulary

·      How we teach vocabulary at BVIS

·      Demonstration Lesson: video

·      Practical activities you can do at home

All Primary Parents are welcome to this Coffee Morning.

The Coffee Morning will take place on  Thursday 8th October at 08.30 in the Main Hall. There will be refreshments available. Please note that this is an adult only event

Places are limited, therefore please register by 07/10.

Kind regards,
