NGO THANH LAM Wins Prestigious Internship with UNICEF!

04 December 2015

We at BVIS would like to wish Lam our heartfelt congratulations – after her successful application to become a UNICEF ambassador and write blog posts for the Voices of Youth website!

Lam, aged 16, was chosen ahead of thousands of other candidates from around the world – and is the only blogger aged Under 20 who has been accepted onto the highly competitive programme.

Lam’s blogging internship will begin this month and it will give her the opportunity to develop her writing, research and critical thinking skills – and also the chance to connect with other engaged young people around the world in global dialogue. During the internship, interns are supervised by Voices of Youth Community Managers, who provide tips and tricks on how to write good blog posts.

The Voices of Youth website is run by the United Nations and it offers inspiring, original insight and opinion from across the globe – from young people, for young people.

We look forward to reading Lam’s first blog when it is published next week and we encourage you to do the same, by following the link below.
