Year 6-7 Transition 17 June 2016 What a pleasure it was to have Year 6 join us in secondary school this week. The students spent Monday and Tuesday experiencing lessons from our expert secondary teachers, as well as learning to find their way around the secondary campus through an excellent treasure hunt, organised by some of our Year 8 students. On both days Year 6 were ably supported by a group of Year 9 buddies who were also new to the secondary school this year – demonstrating what a wonderfully supportive environment they will experience next year. On Tuesday after school we were delighted to welcome Year 6 parents to a transition meeting where we were able to give them a better idea of what to expect in secondary school. Thank you to all who supported these two days, and we look forward to welcoming our new Year 7s in August!
