Primary Update – Ms. Rosy Clark – 01/12/2017

01 December 2017

This week in the Primary School

Rehearsal time!

As in all British Primary Schools at this time of the year and all around the world, children are busy preparing for special Christmas celebrations. Here at British Vietnamese International School HCMC this week, the Y2 children have been rehearsing for our Christmas production of “Ralph the Reindeer”.

You may have seen the beautiful poster advertising the event on Class Dojo or around school.

All of Y2 were asked to design a poster for homework. The winning poster was designed by Sam Minh Khue (Sumi) in 2B. Congratulations to her and the 5 runners up:

Tran Hang Trong Tam (Kingston) – 2B

Le Gia Lam – 2B

Bui Hoang Ngoc Ngan – 2V

Nguyen Tu Tan – 2I

Thai Ngoc Nguyen Phu – 2I

We look forward to welcoming you all at 08:30 in the Main Hall on Friday 8th December for this special Christmas performance.

Our choir is also busy rehearsing for their performance at the BVIS Christmas Festival on Saturday 9th December. Remember to get your tickets from the school office!

And…hidden away from the eyes of the children the teachers are also busy rehearsing for the final morning of school when we will perform the BVIS pantomime – a Christmas treat for all our children to end the term!
