What a wonderful week we had last week here at BVIS with the International Week activities in primary. Such a vibrant atmosphere across the school, many fun activities and events on display. As you know we pride ourselves in developing curriculum opportunities for our students to become global citizens and this was just one excellent example of such work that we do with your children here at the school.
AS you know, being part of the Nord Anglia Family of schools means that there are opportunities for our students to engage in projects internationally around the world. This week nearly thirty Year 11 students set of on a trip to our camp in Tanzania, Africa. A once in a lifetime opportunity for our students to visit a campsite in Africa, conduct community projects in the area and experience a real life African safari. What an amazing opportunity for the students. They were all extremely excited on departure and we know they are going to have a brilliant time.
This week we sent out details for our forthcoming TET festival. The school is growing rapidly so for safety and enjoyment reasons we have to put a limit each year on the number of attendees at the event. It is always an extremely popular event and promises to be so this year. Please register for your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. For safety reason we can only admit those that have registered. No one will be admitted on the day of the event without a ticket.

I wish you all a very relaxing weekend.
