We are constantly looking for ways to improve our school and your feedback is vital to this process. Our annual parent satisfaction survey helps us better understand how we are performing in key areas - what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement, so that we can continue to provide the best possible educational experience for your child. Therefore, the more parents we hear from, the more confident we can be that our action plans respond to your views.
The Survey can be found and comleted here:
Parent Satisfaction Survey 2018-2019
Last year we learnt about some of the key areas for improvement that came directly from your feedback. Some of the main points are below:
- You asked for improvements to be made in communication between home and school so we have refined our use of Class Dojo in Primary and redesigned our reporting system and parent evenings in Secondary
- Satisfaction of the bus service had continued to remain positive
- Satisfaction with the amount of progress your child makes in school increased significantly
- Overall satisfaction in the way we encourage our children to be ambitious also increased significantly on last year’s survey, reflecting the ways in which our unique collaborations we have with Juilliard, MIT and UNICEF are becoming embedded across our school
Your feedback really does matter to us so please get involved!
