Mr. Paul Holyome Weekly Update - 06/04/2018

06 April 2018

Dear Parents

Thank you to all those parents who attended the EYFS performance this week of ‘The Three Little Pigs’. Another amazing performance by our youngest children in the school. I continue to be amazed with the confidence, patience and dedication that these students demonstrate from a very young age here at British Vietnamese International School. I know you will all be as proud as I was to see such a special performance. I would like to extend a big thank you to all the EYFS teachers, teaching assistants and support staff for their dedication and hard work in supporting the children. A wonderful performance, thank you.

This week the school hosted some training for a group of admin staff representing some of our sister schools in the region. These included, Manilla, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Yangon. The staff were here to share ideas with our staff and regional HQ staff. It was another great opportunity for us to share and discuss great ideas for our schools to make them even better places to be learning in.

Finally, please be reminded that school finishes next week for the break. The school will close at 11.30am on Friday 13th. School buses will leave at this time. Please ensure that transport has been arranged for children on this earlier finish time.

I wish you all a very relaxing weekend.

Paul Holyome
