Luke originally qualified as a youth and community officer specialising in advice and information work at the George Williams College, University of Kent.  For the last ten years he has combined being the director of a small educational charity in Wales with being a lecturer at Cardiff University where he taught both youth studies and social ethics.  He continues to supervise students doing postgraduate dissertations in these subjects.  For several years he was also one of the university’s admissions tutors and is qualified to counsel students about admission to US Colleges and Universities .  Luke is currently completing the research for a PhD in strategic management at Roehampton University and when not studying enjoys reading, cooking and exploring new places of historical interest with his family.
