The School

It is our aim at LCIS to give the children in our care a full and exciting school experience. We want the students to maximise their potential; to achieve more than they thought possible. Students will be encouraged to explore new disciplines, skills and interests; to give everything a try and in doing so learn to take risks and to risk failure. It is our belief that in doing this we are enabling them to find their passion and that ‘thing’ that really makes them tick, which will in turn support everything else that they do. At LCIS, we will ensure that students are able to do this, knowing they are in a safe and secure environment.

Juilliard

From 2015 Nord Anglia Education entered into a highly successful collaboration with The Juilliard School of Performing Arts in New York. This collaboration has generated a curriculum designed to give our students a deep engagement with music, dance and drama. LCIS was chosen as a pilot school for the Music curriculum and from September 2018 will introduce the Dance curriculum. For more information see https://www.nordangliaeducation.com/teaching-and-learning/juilliard-curriculum-overview.
