The summer is fast approaching and we have lots of great activities lined up to keep the fun coming over the holidays! All our camps are either offered by our LCIS teachers or by LCIS partner companies. French and English is spoken in all camps and we welcome children from any school - not just LCIS! From 24 to 28 June
In this summer camp at La Côte International school, children aged 3-5 years will engage in a memorable week focussed on developing their creative, communication and team-building skills. Children will engage in arts and crafts activities such as colouring, paper crafts and painting.
Students will also have a little introduction to culinary and team-work skills by following recipes for baking a pizza and cookies. During the week the children will practice their literary skills with reading moments, as well as enjoying the incredible summer weather with local nature walks and outdoor play at the nearby playground.

Young Engineers Camp - Building, Programming and Robots Adventure!
Dive into the fascinating world of Coding and Mechanical Engineering. Our days combine indoor activities and outdoor physical adventures. Our team of passionate experts is ready to guide and inspire the new generation of inventors and coders. Each day brings its own adventure and a new discovery!

From 1 to 12 July
Our gymnastics camp is designed for children who like sports. No previous experience with gymnastics is required. In this camp, we develop flexibility, coordination and muscles - using different gymnastic equipment such as rope, hoop and ball.
In the camp, your children will learn to do different acrobatics elements on the mats. All activities take place through playfulness.
If the weather permits, we are ready to do many of our exercises outside.
During the camp, the children learn how to do a routine with a rope, and at the end of the camp they children are ready to show the gymnastics routine to their parents.
Gymnastics Club is hosted by a partner of LCIS.

Embark on a thrilling adventure with our STEAM Holiday Camp designed exclusively for curious minds! Unleash the power of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Maths through hands-on activities, captivating experiments, and interactive projects.
From robotic coding to exploring the wonders of chemistry with colourful concoctions, every day brings new discoveries. Engage in dynamic teamwork, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills. We make learning a blast, ensuring an unforgettable week of fun and education. Ignite a passion for innovation as your child delves into the exciting world of STEAM, forging lasting memories and sparking a lifelong love for learning.

From 1 to 19 July
For our teen and junior participants, the goal will be to learn coding fundamentals with fun and interactive tools.
The week will start with basic programming concepts and looking at Python Edublocks challenges, and then Python Snakify challenges. Early interaction with digital technology is the best way for them to become creative and resourceful digital citizens and we make sure it’s also great fun.
This camp is hands-on andproject-based using industry-standard software & accredited educational tools. It’s about working together, stretching the brain and having lots of fun!
This camp is hosted by TechSparks, a partner of LCIS. All instructors are carefully selected and trained EPFL or ETH students. TechSpark Academy is Switzerland’s leading provider of digital education since 2015.

Welcome to our kind and caring yoga camp, where children embark on an unforgettable journey of fun and well-being.
Our yoga camp offers a unique twist of daily adventure time in the enchanting forest. As children deepen their yoga practice, they not only cultivate physical strength, balance and flexibility but also harness the power of mindfulness through many different techniques, meaning they get to decide what works for them.
Our highly experienced instructors guide them in nurturing their ideas of emotions without judgement. Indoor Yoga complemented by forest activities is the ideal mix, fostering a deeper connection with the nature around them.

The best way for a child to learn is through playing and exploring. Sign your child up to the Creativity and Curiosity camp where their days will be filled with fun educational activities that encourage creativity, curiosity and team spirit.
Arts and crafts, baking, dancing, special field trips, outdoor games and so much more that will make these Summer holidays memorable.

From 24 to 28 June
Based on the theme of American Summer camps, children will be involved in a variety of competitive sports, swimming, competitions and fun activities for the week. During the week we will mainly be based in the sports hall and on the school field but there will be one afternoon excursion to the Aubonne Swimming Pool and one afternoon at Perroy Plage. This camp is not about becoming an elite sportsperson, its about having fun while playing a variety of sports.
Some activities to be included; Gymnastics, Airtrack, Trampette, Volleyball, Badminton, Unihockey, Ultimate Frisbee, Basketball, Football, beach games and swim time. Participants must have a genuine interest in sports and activity as this will be a fun intense week of sport.
This camp is offered by the LCIS Director of Sport.
From 24 June to 5 July
A dynamic choir camp, tailored for 8-11-year-olds, blending the joy of singing with some theatrical flair.
Join the adventure of learning 2- and 3-part harmonies, learning and refining vocal techniques, and singing together. From fun-filled games to captivating singing sessions, every day promises laughter and discovery. Culminating in a spectacular performance showcasing all we have learned throughout the week.
At the beginning of the week the group will choose from a selection of songs to perform. We aim to perform at least 4 songs in the showcase at the end of the week! Each day we will learn vocal warmups, a new song, and practice singing in harmonies.

Basketball, Basketball and more Basketball!
Take this opportunity to train with a dedicated Basketball coach and hone your Basketball skills so you canwhizz around the court and score some hoops! This camp will also include activities outside of the school, for example the Aubonne outside swimming pool. Be prepared to have fun in the sun and enjoy an active week with new friends!

Nous vous proposons une semaine de camp sur le thème de la nature. Les enfants vont pouvoir s’amuser et se défouler dehors. Nous allons faire diverses activités en extérieur telles que l’accrobranche, la tyrolienne, la piscine ainsi que le zoo. Les élèves vont aussi avoir la chance de visiter un bel aquarium à Lausanne, où ils vont pouvoir observer les différentes espèces marines. Puis, pendant la journée différentes activités créatives seront aussi proposées telles que : créer une mangeoire pour oiseaux, décorer des pots de fleurs ou encore faire un tableau sur la nature… Venez nous rejoindre ! C’est le fun garanti!

Training with an official FC Porto trainer! This week will provide students with comprehensive experience of football, emphasizing skill development, teamwork and fostering a love for the sport.

Do you love art and being creative? Would you like to improve your skills and techniques as well as learn some new ones? Come and join LCIS Primary School's resident artist Mr. Noone for a week of artistic discovery.
During this week, students will learn how to draw with different types of pencils, and paint with water colours and acrylics. By looking at artists from different eras and styles, children will learn about some key players in art history, whilst putting their research skills to use! The children will prepare an exhibition so that parents may see their work on Friday afternoon.

Kids English Drama & Music Activities is created for kids of all ages and skill levels. This is an amazing opportunity to learn a new language through the fun world of theatre and music. Through this method we aim to:
The "Music & Drama" method creates opportunities for children to learn a language while using it! Participants experience a fun way of combining language with music & drama. Our games help brain development, physical coordination and confidence. Your children will learn about self-awareness and body language, and learn to work in and as a team.
In this camp children engage in various entertaining theatrical activities, such as puppet making, storytelling, shadow theatre and small theatre sketches.
