Mr Tomos Nicholls

Music Teacher

Mr Nicholls joined BSY in July 2016 as a teaching assistant and now teaches Music to EYFS, Primary and Secondary after completing his PGCEi in 2018.

Qualifications

BA (Hons) in Music, St Catherine’s College, University of Oxford; PGCEi, University of Nottingham.

About

Mr Nicholls joined BSY in July 2016 as a teaching assistant and now teaches Music to EYFS, Primary and Secondary after completing his PGCEi in 2018. Mr Nicholls believes in mediating creative spaces for students in which their skills as young musicians can be nurtured through an explorative and critical approach to composition, appraisal, and performance.

In his spare time, Tomos is an avid composer and keen enthusiast for retro video games.
