PTG: Countdown to Christmas

High School students are asking for donations of baked goods to sell for charity so get your Christmas cookie cutters out.

Thank you to everyone who helped decorate the Christmas trees at Primary School on Friday. I think everyone will agree how wonderfully festive the campus is looking and what a great back-drop it will be for all the Christmas events which will be held in the last two weeks of term.

The Christmas Fairs at both the Primary and High Schools are going to be great events with a wide variety of food on offer and a great choice of gifts for Christmas. The Christmas Fair and Concert will be held on Wednesday 13 December at the Primary School and on Thursday 14 December at the High School. Both Fairs start at 2.30 and will run until after the concerts finish so you can have a bite to eat with friends before heading home.

At the High School Christmas Fair on 14 December, senior students will be raising money for charity by selling some soft drinks and baked goods and would be most grateful for your donations. Please consider sending in some cookies, brownies, cupcakes etc if you can – it’s all for a good cause. Please send your contributions into Miss Lisa.

Planning is already under way for Fun Day which will be held at the Primary School on Saturday 3 February 2018. Rides are being reserved and a preliminary lay-out is being discussed with Estates to make sure we make optimum use of our Primary campus and have as many rides as possible so students of all ages can have a great day. As usual, there will be a raffle draw and we are always on the look-out for prizes. If you can donate a raffle prize (hotel vouchers, restaurant vouchers, spa vouchers, etc) we would love to hear from you. Please send us an e-mail to ptgchair@standrews.ac.th

It is going to be a really busy, but fun, last two weeks of term.
